Aioli Fish and vegetables

This is a Provence Specialty.

Aioli means Garlic and Oil.

This is a very tasty and healthy sauce for garlic lovers.

I will provide a lb of fish, (can be cod or halibut according the price and quality) and vegetables.

Nothing will be cooked. This is much better to cook at your place and then have your lunch or dinner that reheating.

Of course, I’ll give you some advice if you need it.
