It is hard to believe that in all the time I have been giving French cooking classes, I have never offered Chicken à la Normande.
I did Chicken Tagine - chicken Basquaise. The funny thing is my mother's family is from Normandy. Now I fixed it. 😊
It is a delicious chicken cooked with crème fraiche of course, mushrooms, apple cider and a little bit of Cognac. It is really very very good.

Please bring your own pot (medium size) to take home your preparation.
I try to respect the environment and therefore rather than buying disposable packaging and increasing the cost of my cooking classes. I prefer that you bring your own.
I am sure that you have at home containers, dishes, plates that you can take to take away what we have prepared together.
