It's been a long time since I wanted to add this class. I will therefore show you how to prepare beautiful gougères, Burgundy specialties and my famous ‘Pomme Dauphine”.
Basic recipe, the choux pastry then depending on the recipes, we add cheese or mashed potatoes.
Be warned that the Pommes Dauphine will be much better if they are first frozen before being eaten.
