Pâté en croûte: for me, this is one of the most famous meal for celebration, wedding, family reunion…. Usually we serve it as an hors-d'œuvre.
It takes time to prepare it. I am sure I will have a lot of advanced students we ‘ll want to learn how to prepare it.
To do it: you need to come a day before to prepare the dough and the stuffing which will be marinated.
A day after: arrange the dough in the mold - place the stuffing - prepare the jelly.
It will take 1h or so to be cooked. So you will cook in your place or in mine but you need to come back. Details we can organize together.
According the cost of the ingredients, this is a special price $150 per person.
