Madeleine is probably one of the most famous cookies for French kids, probably like you with chocolate chips cookies. Delicious and so easy to prepare.

Financier looks like a golden bar, the main ingredient is almond flour. So delicate.

This is one of my favorite creations, sable dough, caramel sauce and chocolate ganache.

For this one, you need to bring a specific mold, small cheesecake mold, link on the email.
